On Tuesday, March 27 at 11:30 a.m. Bishop Gregory Parkes will preside at the Chrism Mass at the Cathedral of St. Jude. During this Mass the priests along with Bishop Parkes will renew their commitment to priestly service. Also, during the Mass the Oil of the Sick and the Oil of Catechumens are blessed and the Sacred Chrism is consecrated. These oils are used in the parishes throughout the year for sacramental celebrations. The faithful are invited to participate in this wonderful diocesan celebration. Please join us.

SEND US YOUR SACRED TRIDUUM AND EASTER SUNDAY PHOTOS
We are looking for photos that show how your parish celebrated the Sacred Triduum and Easter Sunday. Possible photos to submit might be from your parish’s Evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper, from reenacting the Living Stations, photos from the Easter Vigil Mass, or from the Easter Sunday Mass. Email your photos to email@example.com or publicly post them on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #DOSPEaster and #DOSPTriduum. Please note that in order to post photos of any minors, we must have parental/guardian permission.

The Benedictine Sisters at Holy Name Monastery in St. Leo, FL offer a TIME FOR SEEKERS —single, Catholic, women in good health, ages of 20 – 50 something–considering a call to religious life. This time is a sharing in their life of prayer and community, to “listen with the ear of the heart” for God’s call. Participants are invited to spend any or all days of Holy Week. Are you interested?
