St Stephen Catholic Parish is immediately seeking an experienced, Assistant Facility Manager.

Qualified applicants must have general knowledge of multiple trades areas (I.e., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, electronics, HVAC, mechanical); must be able to operate cleaning equipment, paint and complete needed repairs to the Parish facilities; be able to lift 50 pounds; is anticipated to have regular work schedule to include evenings and weekends, but may be required to work flexible shifts, if needed. Must be able to identify repair needs and communicate/coordinate completion of projects. Must have good communication skills, be able to read, write and communicate in English.  Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of electronic devices.

Must pass Level II FBI background screening and attend Safe Environment training.

Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and possess a personal motor vehicle to get to and from work.
