The Coordinator of Business Services is responsible for clerical and administrative support functions of the Parish Office. This is a full-time position with benefits.

The primary duties of the position are:

  • Tax statements production
  • Set up of special collections schedule and coordination with envelope company
  • SEP/Level II compliance and reporting
  • Insurance Claims & Forms
    • Philippe Park reservations for the Christmas Eve and Easter morning Masses, including certificates of insurance and police presence
  • Catholic Ministry Appeal coordination
  • We Share (electronic giving) support
    • Promotion and tracking of electronic giving
    • New giving opportunities set up
    • Fund management
    • Questions & parishioner assistance backup
  • Bulletin editing / proofing
  • Website content maintenance
  • Social media postings coordination
  • Supervision of data entry volunteers
  • Supervision of Part-time Database Coordinator

Candidate must successfully pass a Level II FBI background screening and complete Safe Environment training prior to employment.
