Espiritu Santo Parish
The Database Administrator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the parish demographic and financial information in our ParishSoft database.
The primary duties of the position are:
- Maintain parishioner information
- Apply National Change of Address updates
- Enter new member registration information
- Maintain ministry group demographic information
- Maintain access permissions of the database users
- Generate reports as requested by parish staff
- Verify and enter envelope, miscellaneous, and electronic donations
- Maintain Religious Education participant and family information
- Maintain sacramental information for Religious Education participants
Candidate must successfully pass a Level II FBI background screening and complete Safe Environment training prior to employment.
