The Database Administrator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the parish demographic and financial information in our ParishSoft database.

The primary duties of the position are:

  • Maintain parishioner information
  • Apply National Change of Address updates
  • Enter new member registration information
  • Maintain ministry group demographic information
  • Maintain access permissions of the database users
  • Generate reports as requested by parish staff
  • Verify and enter envelope, miscellaneous, and electronic donations
  • Maintain Religious Education participant and family information
  • Maintain sacramental information for Religious Education participants

Candidate must successfully pass a Level II FBI background screening and complete Safe Environment training prior to employment.
