Christ the King Parish
Christ the King Catholic Church is looking for a Full Time Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager works closely with the Director of Finance and Administration in overseeing and managing the parish and school buildings and surrounding grounds.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance and security of the buildings and grounds of the parish and school through direct efforts and the supervision of the maintenance team. The Facilities Manger is also responsible for overseeing environmental / safety regulation compliance, grounds maintenance, custodial support, set-up for events, large deliveries and other related areas.
Candidates must possess a general knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, janitorial work, and floor maintenance and a proficiency in basic carpentry and mechanical skills. Good organizational and planning skills and a demonstrated ability to lead other employees and volunteers are also key.
Candidates must successfully complete a Level II FBI background screening and complete Safe Environment Training.
