Maintenance/Facilities Manager

Broad trade experience in maintaining the life-cycle operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and automated systems and grounds work, both in supervising support staff as well as hands on ability, at large church facility with nine buildings and campus grounds.

Manager must have experience overseeing projects with staff, vendors and contractors, as well as maintaining daily scheduled tasks. Budget preparation, research quotes, order and inventory supplies; interact and coordinate with department heads, office staff and the Pastor.

Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and electronic communications a plus.

Must pass a Level II FBI Background Screening and complete Safe Environment Training.
