This is a temporary part-time position from July through September. Create and reconcile batches from offertory envelopes. Saint Theresa is audited for this. Information will be used at year end to create parishioner donation statements.
Accuracy is essential.
Log reports and log books need to be kept 7 years. Envelopes need to be kept for 2 years.
Coordinate with Business Manager any errors in counting, bank adjustments, discrepancies between posting and deposits.
Coordinate with Parish Secretary any changes noted in regards to name or address changes.

Job Skills:
*Dedicated to accuracy in all Offertory entries. This is the most important requirement.
Computer literate in ParishSoft.
Good communication skills.
Confidentiality is a must.

Candidate must successfully pass a Level II FBI Background Screening and complete Safe Environment Training.
