Become a SEP Program Trainer

The Diocesan Safe Environment Program Office (SEPO) is currently surveying the parishes and schools of the diocese for individuals interested in becoming Safe Environment Program trainers who will instruct others in how to build and maintain a safe environment for children, youth and vulnerable adults.   Later in the year (2015) there will be two separate one-day workshops on a date and location to be announcedentitled:

(1)  Safe Environment Program Training for Adults who wish to have unsupervised contact with children and youth – (Workshop #1) and

(2)  Eucharistic Ministers of Holy Communion (to the sick)/Pastoral Care Providers (aka Vulnerable Adult SEP training) – (Workshop #2

If you are interested in either or both workshops, please click on the link for a workshop for access to children SEP-CY Interest Form   or Workshop for Access to Vulnerable Adults SEP-EMHC/PCP or both if you are interested.   Once a the date and location are set, those submitting an Interest Form will be provided with an application form and the pre-requisite requirements, which include a current FBI/FDLE (AFRNP) Level 2 background check.
