Reverend Edwin Palka, from Administrator pro tempore of Epiphany of Our Lord Shrine, Tampa, to the Pastoral Center, St. Petersburg, serving with permission as Chaplain to the Filiae Laboris Mariae religious congregation in Redfield, Kansas, in the Diocese of Wichita.
