The mission of the Office of Communications and Information is to share the good news of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg and communicate messages that support the mission and priorities of the Bishop. The Office keeps parishes, ministries, clergy, and the broader Catholic community informed through communications like social media, the Wednesday Wave, the Diocese’s weekly news-sharing newsletter featuring stories and events from around the Diocese, the Gulf Coast Catholic magazine, and the Pastoral Bulletin, which provides parishes with diocesan announcements, important updates, and events to share with their communities. The Office also collaborates closely with Bishop Parkes to communicate his vision and highlight his ministry and presence throughout the Diocese.
