Protection from the Pandemic – Mary, Mother of God, Pray for Us

The Marian Congress is held in cooperation with the International Consecrated Marian Society.

Bishop Gregory Parkes invited all to gather together via livestream on Saturday, May 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for prayer and devotion in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary. As one Church, we placed our prayers before our Blessed Mother and asked her to intercede for us to Jesus Christ, our protector. During this time of the coronavirus pandemic, we need Mary’s intercession more than ever. This virtual event replaced the original Marian Congress scheduled for May 2.

This special event took place at Our Lady’s Chapel at the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle. Watch recordings of the Marian Congress below.
