Our Mission
The Human Resources Office supports the mission of the Diocese by caring for those who have been called to serve the Church through their work. The office accompanies employees throughout their employment journey, from recruitment and onboarding through professional development, benefits, wellness, workplace accommodations, and times of transition, while promoting practices rooted in fairness, compassion, and the dignity of every person. Human Resources also partners with priests in their role as pastoral leaders by providing guidance, resources, and support in employee relations, workplace wellness, and the stewardship of those entrusted to their care.
