Rooted in the universality of the Catholic Church, the Office of Intercultural Ministries accompanies the diverse cultural communities of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg as they encounter Christ and Courageously Live the Gospel within their unique traditions.

Our mission celebrates the richness of every culture as a reflection of Christ and fosters unity in diversity, equipping the faithful to live as missionary disciples through multilingual liturgies, cultural celebrations, and collaborative ministry.

We work closely with communities to foster cultural competencies and vibrant faith experiences that honor each culture’s traditions and gifts. Mass is celebrated in 14 different languages which are: Arabic, Creole-Haitian, English, Igbo Nigerian, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Latin, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Tongan, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.  Through guidance, resources, and collective effort, we strive to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where all are encouraged to grow in faith, serve others, and deepen their relationship with Christ.

Whether you are a parish leader, ministry volunteer, or family seeking connection, the Office of Intercultural Ministries walks alongside you to celebrate your heritage, strengthening your community by nurturing faith rooted in spiritual devotions, and cultural traditions.
