This office exists to support, affirm, and promote the professional development and spiritual enrichment of those who guide our youth and young adults. This enables the parishes to better assist, direct, and guide youth and young adults on their faith journey to discipleship with Jesus Christ. The Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry can also assist with building youth and/or young adult ministry at your parish and/or Summit (Monthly Diocesan Young Adult Holy Hour, Confessions, and Mass), Diocesan World Youth Day Pilgrimage, Good Samaritan Project (Annual Diocesan Service Program for High School Youth), Youth Minister Certification Courses, Annual Youth Minister Retreat.
