Corpus Christi Catholic Church is seeking a dependable weekend custodian to help keep our church clean, welcoming, and ready for parishioners and visitors. This position supports parish life by caring for the spaces where our community gathers for worship.

Schedule

• Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 6:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the church and related areas.
• Vacuum floors and clean pews and windows.
• Clean and restock bathrooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Complete closing procedures, including turning off lights and adjusting or turning off air conditioning as directed.
• Secure and lock the building after scheduled activities.
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Perform other related custodial duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and available to work both weekend shifts.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Attentive to cleanliness, safety, and building security.
• Able to perform routine custodial tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and operating cleaning equipment.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must complete Safe Environment Training and successfully pass FDLE Level II Background Screening.
