2026 CRS Rice Bowl Local Grant Awardees
The Office of Ministries of Missionary Discipleship is thrilled to announce the recipients of this year’s local CRS Rice Bowl grants.

These grants of up to $1,000 are made possible by 25% of local CRS Rice Bowl contributions retained for diocesan use.  Since the local grant process launched in 2016, the Diocese has awarded over $124,000 to Diocesan entities committed to serving those in need. These funds provide critical resources for food pantries, housing assistance, and outreach programs that directly improve the lives of our neighbors.

2026 Awardees:
St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church – Helping the Homeless; St. Vincent De Paul – Pantry Freezer Replacement; CCDOSP, Foundations of Life Pregnancy Center, FOL Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Dade and Pinellas Emergency Basic Needs Assistance; Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church – Respect Life – Maternal Food Support and Program; Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church – St Vincent De Paul Society, Food for low-SES Children; Sacred Heart Catholic Church – Food Lending Box ($230); Nativity Catholic Church – Parish Pastoral Care and Ministries, Outreach Closet, Outreach Food Bank; Resurrection Catholic Church – St. Anthony’s Food Pantry; St. Joseph’s Catholic Church – Food Pantry Projects; St. Peter The Apostle Catholic Church – Pasco Hope Garden; St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church– Food for the Homeless; St. Paul Catholic Women’s Ministry – St. Paul’s Child Hunger Initiative; St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church – Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets to give thanks for our refugee population; and St. Thomas Aquinas Conference – St. Vincent De Paul Society (Pack and Sack).
