St. Timothy Catholic Church is a vibrant and growing Catholic parish serving approximately 2,800 registered families in Lutz, Florida. Centered on the Eucharist and committed to forming missionary disciples, the parish supports a dynamic community life with active ministries, strong faith formation programs, and a close partnership with Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School.
The parish campus includes multiple buildings and ministry spaces that serve parishioners, students, and community members throughout the week. Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning campus is an essential part of supporting the pastoral mission of the parish.
Position Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the mission of St. Timothy Catholic Church by maintaining parish facilities, buildings, equipment, and grounds in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
This position performs routine maintenance, custodial work, preventative maintenance, and facility setup for parish activities and ministries. The role works closely with parish staff and leadership to ensure the campus remains welcoming, operational, and ready to support the sacramental and community life of the parish.
Candidate must successfully pass a Level II FBI background screening and complete Safe Environment Training.
