Spirit FM’s Hopesgiving Fundraiser: Hope Leads the Way|
Every trail needs a guide. Every traveler needs hope. For 40 years, Spirit FM 90.5 has helped the Listening Family find their footing through God’s Word and uplifting music.  Because of faithful partners, a light shines on the path for families across the Diocese of  Saint Petersburg. All are invited to become partners to help Spirit FM continue this mission.

During Hopesgiving, Bishop Parkes will be joining Spirit FM on-air to share how this  ministry helps people find hope. Listen on Friday, September 18 at 10am on Spirit FM,  90.5.

Fiesta in Honor of Our Lady of Good Health
The Indian Ministry of St. Paul Parish, 12708 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, invites you to their annual Fiesta in Honor of Our Lady of Good Health.  Please join us as we come together in prayer and celebration! To learn more, visit: https://www.dosp.org/intercultural/indian-ministry/. 

The novena will take place from August 30 through September 7, 2026 at St. Paul Church at 7:30 PM (Sunday – Thursday) and at 7:00 PM (Friday) 
The Fiesta Celebration (Mass and Procession) will take place on Tuesday, September 8th starting at 7:00 PM.

The Transitus of St. Francis of Assisi
Come celebrate the 800th anniversary of the Transitus of St. Francis of Assisi, commemorating his passing into eternal life. Fr. Randy Roberts, OFM will lead this service sponsored by St. Anthony of Padua Secular Franciscan Fraternity, on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle, 5815 5th Ave. N., St. Petersburg. Courage is a group of Catholics who experience same-sex attractions.  Through discussion, prayer and chaste friendship, Courage members strengthen each other to joyfully live out the authentic teachings of the Catholic Church. EnCourage provides support for families and friends of those with same-sex attraction and/or gender dysphoria. In many cases, their loved ones have embraced an LGBTQ  identity and no longer practice the faith. Through prayer and sharing we offer support to remain faithful. 2026 Eternal Light Award Dinner
Reflections on the Challenge and Promise of Catholic-Jewish Relations Today

Join us for an evening of reflection on the challenge and promise of Catholic-Jewish relations today. We will recognize positive developments in Catholic-Jewish dialogue and consider the challenges in the work ahead. Your presence and support at the CCJS Eternal Light Award Dinner provides interreligious education for hundreds of students and community members and advances scholarship in Catholic-Jewish relations.
