Bishops of Florida Statement on the 49th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade
The Bishops of Florida Statement on the 49th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade in English and Spanish should be shared in bulletins and with your online networks the weekend of January 22/23. Please use this opportunity to again encourage the faithful to participate in the Pray for Dobbs campaign: www.prayfordobbs.com.  All people of faith are asked to pray daily and fast on the 22nd of each month leading up to the Supreme Court decision, expected this summer.

Catholic Campaign for Human Development Multi-Media Art Contest:
Each year, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops offers a Creating on the Margins arts contest to help schools and parishes engage youth in learning about the root causes of poverty and the Church’s response.  All youth in Grade 7-12 are encouraged to participate. Educator packets are also available: https://www.usccb.org/committees/catholic-campaign-human-development/creating-margins.  Submissions should be directed to Sabrina Burton Schultz at the Pastoral Center no later than March 15, 2022; sab@dosp.org.

January 17, 6:30 – 8:00 PM at Msgr. Caverly Hall

Divorce changes all relationships—not just the marriage. The insights in this session teach you how to navigate changes in your relationships with your former spouse as well as with family and friends.
