Sacramental Records from Epiphany of Our Lord Parish, Tampa
As of July 1, 2025, Epiphany of Our Lord Parish, Tampa has been designated as Epiphany of Our Lord Shrine and is no longer a territorial parish. Given this change in designation, and in order to facilitate record keeping for the staff of the Shrine, all sacramental records from before July 1, 2025 have been transferred to the Pastoral Center and are being maintained in our diocesan Archives.

If you need proof of the reception of sacraments which occurred in Epiphany of Our Lord Parish up through June 30, 2025, please send a written request with proof of identification to the following address: Diocese of Saint Petersburg, Office of Archives and Records, P.O. Box 40200, St. Petersburg, FL 33743-0200. Inquiries may be sent to Mrs. Lisa Mobley, Associate Director of Archives and Records: lbm@dosp.org or (727) 344-1611.
