Bishop Parkes visited a family who lives at the San Jose Mission in Dover. He listened to their story. The family’s oldest daughter is a DACA recipient and is afraid she will lose that status if Congress fails to act. After meeting with the family, Bishop Parkes celebrated Mass for all residents of San Jose Mission.
