Reverend Pastor J. Mafikiri [Diocese of Moshi, Tanzania], from Parochial Vicar of St. Michael the Archangel Parish, Hudson. Father Mafikiri is returning to his home diocese, where he will be reassigned by his bishop.
EXCARDINATION
Reverend Philip J. Clement has been granted excardination from the Diocese of St. Petersburg and was incardinated into the Diocese of Portland, Maine, effective March 7, 2023.  Father Clement served in parishes within the Diocese of St. Petersburg from his ordination in 2008 until 2018, when he was granted permission to provide ministry in the Diocese of Portland.
