Creating a Support Ticket

To report a problem, please follow these steps;

  • Open a new email, click the “To…” button and look for “Support Ticket” and click “To->”.
  • In the Subject line of the email, state the basic issue. Example; “My printer is not working”
  • In the Body of the email, include a more detail explaining the problem.  Example: “This morning the printer was working fine but after lunch it started making a weird sound.”

Send the email message to begin the process. Example:

In a minute or two, you will receive a response confirming the creation of the ticket.  Example;

Once a ticket is crated, you will receive additional emails as…

  • the ticket is assigned
  • work is performed
  • ticket is closed
