Who is this event for?

Eucharistic Encounter is for anyone interested in an experience grounded in an encounter with Christ and with other people who share that interest.

What will this experience be like? How is it different?

Participants will experience a dynamic celebration featuring Mass, Adoration, and an inspiring lineup of nationally recognized speakers and musicians. This event is designed to transform lives and unite our community in faith.

Do I need to be Catholic to attend?

This event is for anyone who feels interested or called to participate, regardless of faith background.

How can I buy tickets?

Tickets are free, but you must register and present your emailed response before entry.

Will I need a printed ticket or a mobile ticket?

You will be required to present the reservation confirmation sent at the time of registration either printed or on your mobile device.

Will this be in Spanish?

Spanish translation will be available through the event mircosite. All registrants will be sent the link to the microsite prior to the event.

Will there be reserved seating for large parish or school groups?

A reserved seating system is not being used for this event. However, blocking off sections for participating parishes to allow members to sit together is currently being considered.

If I leave, can I come back in?

All those in attendance may leave and re-enter with their event lanyard.

Will food be provided?

Food will be available for purchase throughout Amalie Arena, and the event organizers are currently working with local restaurants on other options.

Can those with special dietary restrictions bring their own food?

The event organizers are asking Amalie Arena and will update with an answer when provided.

Do clergy need to register?

Yes. Space is limited to 15,000 and every person who will be entering Amalie Arena needs to be counted.

Do clergy need to sign up to con-celebrate Mass?

Yes. Plans are being made now for the Mass. Priests who have registered and provided their email will be contacted as the event date approaches.

Where do participants park?

All local parking garages surrounding the Arena will be open and available for event parking

What are the options for handicapped parking?

If you have mobility issues, please check with the surrounding parking garages for options.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Casual attire

What if I reserve a ticket and then need to cancel?

Please send an email to the event organizer at EucharisticEncounter2025@gmail.com, Subject: cancellation of reservation. In the body of the email, include your name, the email you registered with, and state “I am no longer to attend the event.”

The reservation will be removed so that those wishing to attend may do so.

What do I need to bring to the event?

An open heart to receive what God is ready to give you on this day.

Will this be live streamed or recorded?

The event coordinators are working with the production team to set it up.
