38th Santo Niño Fiesta & Sinulog Festival to Bring Faith and Filipino Culture to Tampa Bay
TAMPA, Fla. — The Filipino Community of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg will host its 38th Celebration Mass honoring Santo Niño (the Holy Child Jesus) on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at St. Paul Catholic Church, located at 12708 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa.
The Celebration Mass will begin at 3:30 p.m., followed by a festive reception in the parish Family Center.
The Santo Niño devotion holds deep significance in the Philippines, where the image of the Christ Child, or Santo Niño, is widely revered. The celebration is traditionally marked by the Sinulog Festival, a vibrant expression of faith that blends prayer, history, and Filipino cultural heritage through music, dance, and community fellowship.
This family-friendly event is expected to draw more than 1,400 attendees, with participants traveling from across the United States and abroad. Following Mass, guests are invited to enjoy a cultural festival featuring traditional Sinulog dancers, live performances, and a variety of Filipino food.
All are welcome to attend and take part in this joyful celebration of faith and culture.
