The Office of the Diaconate informs the passing of Mr. Hector Rios Casillas in Mexico on Saturday, June 28, 2025.  Mr. Rios is the father of Deacon Hector Rios of St. Mark the Evangelist Parish in Tampa,  No further information is available at the moment.
