The Chancellor’s Office recently learned of the sudden passing of Mr. Timothy Carter, 46, nephew of Reverend Michael Smith, Pastor of Nativity Parish, Brandon, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, in Clearwater.

Mr. Carter’s surviving family members include his parents Melody and Bill Carter, his sister Madison Carter, his daughter Elizabeth Carter, his uncle Father Smith, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Funeral arrangements are pending at this time, and services will be held at a later date.
