One of the most effective means of presenting the stewardship message is through the stewardship lay witness talks. Usually, parishes limit these presentations to their renewal time frame. However, stewardship lay witness talks are very effective when they are incorporated into the Liturgy several times a year, coinciding with celebrations such as Lent or Advent.

A lay witness talk may be given by an individual or couple, and in some cases, children participate. The talk has two purposes:

1 – to SHARE real life examples of stewardship in action

2 – to INSPIRE people to become good stewards
