Bishop Lynch Celebrates 16th Anniversary as Bishop of the Diocese
On Thursday, January 26, 2012, Bishop Lynch celebrated the 16th anniversary of his ordination to the Episcopacy and Installation as the fourth Bishop of the Diocese of St. Petersburg! We continue to pray for his good health and we thank God for placing him with us. We are grateful for his compassion, his wisdom, and his fine leadership as he shepherds the people of God.

Save the Date for 2012 Catholic Foundation Celebration
The Catholic Foundation Celebration, A Gift from the Heart for Our Children's Future, the annual gala fundraiser supporting the Foundation's tuition assistance program, will take place on February 11, 2012 at the A La Carte Event Pavilion in Tampa. His Eminence Cardinal Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington (DC), who has a well-known commitment to Catholic education, will be the keynote speaker. Upcoming Annulment Seminars
As an outreach for Catholics Come Home® iniative, the Tribunal for the Diocese of St. Petersburg is conducting a series of seminars throughout the diocese for parishioners interested in obtaining accurate information regarding Church annulments. These presentations will be given by a Judge from the Tribunal and will outline the process for both Formal and Lack of Form cases, as well as dispel myths about annulments and answer questions. Registration is not required.
