Bishop Gregory Parkes invites you to the Commitment/Renewal Mass of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on Saturday, May 14^th at 4:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle (5815 5th Avenue N., St. Petersburg). Each year, we renew our consecration personally and as a Diocese. If you have never been consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the date to begin your preparation is Monday, April 11th. Saint Leo University Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies Webinar, Tuesday March 29, 2022

Saint Leo University’s Center for Catholic-Jewish Studies will present the free webinar “Understanding Jesus and Paul Means Understanding Judaism: Pharisees, Prayer, Parable, and Practice,” on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m., via Zoom.

Dr. Amy-Jill Levine, a prominent scholar of the New Testament and Jewish studies, will reveal the depth of the Jewish character of the New Testament. Co-sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg, Bishop Gregory Parkes, will offer closing comments. Those wishing to attend may register at www.saintleo.edu/understanding.
