Each year at this time, the Office of Worship sends out to parishes an annual Parish Liturgical Ministries Update Form.  The purpose of the form is to help us identify and collect accurate contact information about the coordinators of the various liturgical ministries in order to communicate to them as directly as possible about upcoming workshops and/or current resources relevant to their ministry.
