The Office of Stewardship and Development is ready and available to help implement major gift efforts and capital campaign planning in parishes. A major gift effort can be helpful when a need is identified that is not big enough for a campaign, but too large to address with savings or regular donations. A capital campaign may be in order when leadership wishes to engage the entire parish family in a large effort.

We can help meet those challenges by offering the following services:

• Plan and implement parish level major gift cultivation and solicitation training as requested by pastors
• Work with parish leadership to initiate a capital campaign including resources to begin feasibility studies, committee recruitment and case and material development
• Serve as a resource for parish capital expense efforts including fundraising and professional counsel recommendations
• Full redemption services through the Campaign Processing Office
