The Chancellor’s Office was saddened to learn that Mrs. Angie Schaefer, 54, former Internal Services Administration (ISA) Director for the Pastoral Center and 22-year employee of the Diocese of Saint Petersburg, passed away early this afternoon, September 28, 2026, at Northside Hospital, in St. Petersburg, following a brief illness. Angie served at the Pastoral Center until this past June and is lovingly remembered by the many co-workers whose lives she touched.

Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced once available.
