Our Mission

The Human Resources Department exists to serve pastors, leaders, and all who minister within our parishes, schools, diocesan entities, and Pastoral Center. As coworkers in the vineyard, we support those who minister to God’s people by fostering a workplace rooted in the dignity of every human person, justice, stewardship, collaboration, and care for the common good. Guided by the principles of Catholic Social Teaching, including subsidiarity, solidarity, and respect for the gifts of each individual, we strive to ensure that all employees are treated with fairness, compassion, and integrity.
